ECOVISION strengthens its partnership with be’ah with three new waste management contracts in Oman

Muscat, Oman — ECOVISION, a company of the SUMA / Mota-Engil Ambiente Group, is proud to announce the award of three new contracts for waste management services in the Sultanate of Oman, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing partnership with be’ah (Oman Environmental Services Holding Company).

These contracts, awarded on 24 November 2024 and effective from 31 December 2024, replace the previous single contract held by ECOVISION from 2015 to 2024. The restructuring into three specialized agreements reflects be’ah’s strategic approach to enhancing service delivery and operational focus across different regions.

The new contracts include:

  1. Urban Waste Collection – South Al Sharqiyah Governorate
    Ensuring the continued provision of essential waste collection services to communities across the region, supporting public health and environmental sustainability.
  2. Urban Waste Collection – Mahut, Al Wusta Governorate
    Ensuring the continued provision of essential waste collection services to communities across the region, supporting public health and environmental sustainability.
  3. Operation and Maintenance of Facilities – South Al Sharqiyah Governorate
    Covering transfer stations, staging points, and the Tahwah landfill, this contract ensures the efficient and environmentally responsible management of key infrastructure.
