• Masirah Island (Wilayat Masirah) - approx. 12,000 inhabitants

• Wilayat Sur - approx. 120,000 inhabitants

• Wilayat Al Kamil wa Al Wafi – approx. 35,000 inhabitants

• Wilayat Jalan Bani Bu Ali – approx. 45,000 inhabitants

• Wilayat Jalan Bani Bu Hassan – approx. 40,000 inhabitants

• Wilayat Mahawt – approx. 10,000 inhabitants
